Cascade Kids (3 months - 5th Grade)

We believe that families are the primary nurturers in a child’s faith; as a church, it’s our job to intentionally partner with families to help kids know about God.

We do this by…

• Intentionality in our content because we do not see Cascade Kids as simply childcare

• Concrete + nuanced theological discussions

• Teaching that being part of God’s story is communal and individualistic

• Teaching the stories of the Bible

• Teaching kids to practice curiosity for stories of the Bible

• Teaching kids to know they are loved by God

• Teaching kids to know God is with you

• Teaching kids to know God is accessible and relational

• Teaching kids that Inclusion and justice are key themes of the Bible

Cascade Students (6th - 12th Grade)

We intentionally journey with students to help them engage, resonate with, and know the God who loves them and created them. We do this by focusing our time together. on service, study, and fun.

Meeting Schedule

Through the summer Cascade Students has weekly Wednesday events but meets weekly on Wednesday evenings. Email sarah@cascadepdx.org for more information.
